Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Guaranteed early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee upon prior reservation. To clarify details and make arrangements, please contact the Front Desk and Reception Service by phone or via Telegram or WhatsApp.

To check in to the hotel, please make sure to bring a valid internal passport of the Russian Federation and a birth certificate for each child under 14 years of age for EVERY registered guest. In the absence of the required documents, the hotel will be forced to refuse accommodation in accordance with Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1912 dated November 27, 2025.

In the event of high occupancy, a non-guaranteed reservation (without prepayment) may be canceled by the administrator on the day of arrival before 6:00 PM if they are unable to reach you by phone to obtain verbal confirmation. If you expect to be traveling through areas with limited or no mobile network coverage, please contact the administrator in advance.
