To check into the hotel, please be sure to bring your Russian Federation passport and birth certificate for children under 14 for EACH guest staying. In the absence of the required documents, the hotel will be forced to refuse accommodation in accordance with Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1912 dated November 27, 2025.

In the event of high occupancy, a non-guaranteed reservation (without prepayment) may be canceled by the administrator on the day of arrival before 6:00 PM if they are unable to reach you by phone to obtain verbal confirmation. If you expect to be traveling through areas with limited or no mobile network coverage, please contact the administrator in advance.
